Corruption being a shackle in the progress of the region must be finally addressed through measures that would make available to the public proceedings and processes entailing public fund. This may further be manifested by an establishment of internal audit, motu proprio or by complaint. More so, ABoT will endeavor to synergize by way of complementation policies and programs by it and among local government units in the region down to barangay level.
